INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Prolific Logistics, Inc. website and services. By using our website or booking transportation services with us, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Prolific Logistics, Inc. offers freight hauling and transportation services including full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), expedited delivery, and dispatch coordination.

SERVICE AGREEMENTS

All services are subject to written confirmation or signed contract terms. Rates, routes, and delivery times are established at booking.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payments are due as agreed upon in each service contract. Late payments may incur fees or result in suspension of services.

REFUND POLICY

If a shipment is canceled before a truck has been assigned or dispatched, the customer may receive a full refund of any deposit or prepaid amount.

Once a driver has been assigned or dispatched, refunds are not available. In certain cases, a partial refund or rescheduling may be offered at the company’s discretion.

CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Prolific Logistics, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or mechanical issues beyond our control.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Clients must provide accurate shipment information. Incorrect load details that result in re-routing, delays, or added costs are not refundable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Prolific Logistics, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use or delays, except where prohibited by law.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
